PEANUT BUTTER OATS


I'm not a morning person.  Not even a little bit.  So, when this quick breakfast recipe came across my board, I knew that I had to share it with those of you that cherish your sleep like I do.  Make it up the night before and enjoy an extra few minutes of zzzz's the next morning.  

Here it is -- 5 ingredients, 5 min prep:

What you need: 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, 2 Tbsp. salted peanut butter, 1/2 c. gluten free rolled oats, & 3/4 Tbsp. chia seeds {+ granola and fruit if you want it!}

What you do: mix everything together in a mason jar {make sure all oats are moistened in the almond milk}; cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours; enjoy the next morning.
